I applied through college/university. There was no first round interview, just a one-round final round interview. The final round consisted of 3, 30-minute interviews: 2 cases, 1 behavioral. There was not much communication at all throughout the process. I only found out the format and that it was a final round from a coffee chat the day before the actual interview.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
