Was connected to the interviewer before there was a listing for the job. Only had one meeting that was scheduled the day after the first initial email was sent (April). The interview itself was fine, but at the end, they said they would reach back out in a month (May). They didn't contact me; I initiated again and said they would be pushing back the process to later in the year. Emailed later (August), and received an out-of-office until early 2026 response. Was then informed the position would be open in September. Applied and informed them that I applied and never heard anything back. I understand the hiring process can fluctuate, but there was poor communication throughout.

I spent talking about portfolio for the first half or three quarters of the time, then asked questions for the rest of the time. They didn’t ask me any questions

Interview was great and mainly with their current employees. Interviewers were kind and easy to talk to. They were a little slow to respond following the interview. I did appreciate that they sent me a note letting me know they had already filled the position- many firms will leave you hanging.
