Concise and effective recruiting process. First you get a screen call from the company's recruiter with the basic questions and to book 1st round interview with two team leaders. After you go forward, you get 2nd round interview with one of these team leaders and the project manager. During these two rounds, the description of the job opportunity is kept in 95%, in particular in the second round there is a reduction in the base salary as compared to the first round. I detected a one important point which was not mentioned in the job description, and stated only during the 2nd round interview, what contributed to my decline of the job offer. The company does not give any benefits, there is no relocation package/assistance from them.
