HR rep first reaches out via email to set up initial phone screen. After, you get the chance to talk to your hiring manager and other members do the
team. HR needs to do better at being transparent with applicants. I also had to reschedule a five minute call with HR that fully could have been avoided or postponed to an earlier date if they were better organized.

one round interview. The head introduced his role and some of the projects&programs on going in the team. And asked my motivation and tested my German skill. He gave me the offer then during the interview.

Direct and quick. First, a phone screen and then video interview with a panel of experts each asking questions related to the job description and the resume you submit.
Next, it was basic questions related to data analysis.
