The process was chaotic - plan of the interviews presented during screening had little to do with actual rollout. The interviewers seemed to not know the answers that I gave during the previous stages, asking the same questions and acting surprised when I repeated an answer that I already had given before. The worst part was ghoasting (!) - after 3rd interview there was an absolute silence and I had to reach out several times to get an answer - that eventually came without any useful feedback. A total waste of time.
