The interview started with a phone call where they asked about my background and experience. After that, I was given a design assignment that was not that complex and I had the freedom to showcase my skills. They then called me for the final round where I met with the head of design and a couple of team members. We discussed my portfolio in-depth, and they asked insightful questions about my design decisions, tools and use of research. It was quite an intense but positive experience and I made it through all the rounds.
