- A lot of idles in setting up timing schedule, but understandable as it was mentioned that the first round will include a VP level - Last-minute changes ended up with the first interview will be done with HR reps only, they mentioned they would reschedule the session with VP in another round (this didn't happen) - HR session was poorly managed, interviewer didn't seem to understand my answers and paying attention properly, as the same topics has been brought up throughout the session, and even some of the questions are repetitive, not quite understanding the normal business English (still I did tolerate the session as perhaps it shouldn't be managed by him alone) - The process closed with a templated message opened with 'Dear Candidate', and no reply after that although they did ask us for any feedback/queries during the session
