Questions d'entretien chez Youth for Understanding

I applied online and heard back from the person who would be my supervisor if hired. I had one phone interview with him. There was a second phone interview as well that included the person I would be working with if hired. I was offered the job after the second phone interview.

I came in, the woman interviewing me was late, she finally came out, took me on a tour of the office - acting like I had already got the position. Then she sat me down in an empty office and asked some basic questions about my interest in the company and why I wanted to intern there.
