I applied online three weeks before an initial phone contact. The recruiter called me and explained the low salary wage. She stated that employees for this particular position had to work one weekend day of 16hrs( Saturday or Sunday 6am-10pm). She scheduled a phone interview about my work experiences, interest in the job, and my ability to perform the job.

Very long.. they take forever to reach out for next steps. The communication is not the best. I never got a response back after the second or third interview. I felt

Are you okay with de-escalating children? Because they can be violent at times. Why would a counselor have to do that. There should be 24 hour security for that

I had a phone interview and then a in person. I then went for a second interview which was a observation. Now I have to finish agility requirements. Very simple
