Regional Director and 4 to 5 other committee members. I took turns answering questions. I was not prepared for how big of group would be interviewing me. I applied months ago, It was a really long process.

How would you go about raising a budget/fundraising?
Very thorough and personal. I enjoyed my conversation with my interviewer and he was very forward and upfront about the process and what to expect. Transparency and friendliness made for a great interview.
Really Smooth and helpful. People are really nice and clear about the vision and mission of the organization. They are intentional about your heart and motivation to work here and move forward with the calling.
