Had to attend 3 interviews. They all seemed standard. The final discussion was with Ponnuswamy Yogananth the Head of Engineering. He didn't even prepare any questions for the interview. He just asked vague questions like what was the most complex thing that you built and what is one memorable production bug that you can talk about or how will you handle pressure from multiple stake holders. Don't prepare for a technical interview. Just learn to talk, apparently that is what they expect. Obviously to some of the questions I said I can't seem to think of interesting high priority production bugs right now out of the top of my mind. I hate Leet Code type of interview but atleast they are not so random as these casual conversation interviews. They can select or reject you based on a whim without even taking the minimum effort to design some questions properly to assess you.
