HR checked out my LinkedIn and called on the phone the same day. Set up interview for later that week. Met hiring manager for 1 hour. They were friendly and the interview felt like a natural conversation. Four days later I had an offer and two weeks later I was in!

Great interview. The interview was completely stress free and is more to gauge how well you would fit into the culture of the company which is probably the best culture I have worked in.
