The interview process was very smooth. It consisted of four stages: recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, technical panel, and offer. Before each round, the recruiter walked me through what to expect and the high-level topics the interviewer planned to discuss. Every interviewer on my panel was pleasant to speak with. While some interview processes suffer from poor calibration and unclear communication about required skillsets, this was not one of those experiences.
