Structure of the interview was very formal, with HR and hiring manager. There were a set of 7 questions that they had to ask me - some specific to the role, others more generic. They did not seem very interested in myself as a person, only my experience relevant to the role so seemed quite impersonal and very corporate like which was surprising given the nature of the company. I did not get offered a 2nd interview for this role, and was told my experience couldn't be faulted but I didn't show enough interest in the charity itself, which is why they didn't want to proceed with my application.
