I had an initial call with HR followed by a call with the IT Department. I was then brought into a in person interview at one of their offices which involved an excel test and more of an in depth overview of the position . The next stage involved a 1 hour discussion regarding the systems that were used. Unfortunately I was not offered the position. The interview process overall was a good experience, however with all of the effort that I put into the interviews, I would have expected a phone call rather than an email after a couple of attempts to contact asking for an update. This is a non-profit organization with the aim of helping people, so I expected more.
