First stage is a meeting with the recruiter, then a take home assesssment followed by a technical interview and code review. Last stage is a culture fit interview. The take home assessment can be a lot to handle especially within the given deadline (usually a week)

3 layers - First meeting is just a screening call with a recruiter, 2nd team meeting (technical fit), 3rd management meeting (culture fit). I haven't yet heard back from the first screening after a week.
