      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yodlee (Bengaluru) en nov. 2014

      Entretien

      I have got call from consultancy and they scheduled my interview on Sunday. They conducted 2 rounds on same day and one more was not conducted due to manager wasn't available that day. I was waited almost 3 hours for the interview.First round was just 5 mins interview about yourself kind of interview.The next round was purely technical.2 guys conducted my interview.They asked me questions on REST web services and join concepts in DBMS and some java questions.It was fine.I had told i cleared the 2 rounds of interview.They had scheduled a interview after 2 days in week day.I attended the interview.It was managerial.The interviewed person was nice.After seeing my profile he referred me to development side.They told they will get back to me.They told i had cleared that round also. They have taken almost a MONTH time to give feedback like they are not ready to pay what i asked and they can pay the half salary of my current salary(that to even i had called them for status). Whenever i call they say "We will get back to you". What a hilarious people man..The HR process was not at all good.it was very bad.As they know my current salary and my expected salary while scheduling my interview they are not ready to pay my current salary also. VERY VERY BAD..........WORST HR process in my case ... THEY KNOW MY CURRENT AND EXPECTED SALARY AND AFTER CLEARING ALL MY ROUNDS OF INTERVIEW THEY ARE NOT EVEN READY TO PAY HALF OF MY CURRENT SALARY ALSO. what a company..man..??? They had played with my emotions and my time. Such a worst process in recruitment.

      Question 1

      In Polymorphism concept .they had asked about difference between overriding and overloading with given example. The example was little tricky but can be answered if we can concentrate and close understanding of problem.
