My interview experience for the Product Designer position. 1. Unfortunately, I found the overall application process to be quite disorganized and lacking in communication. 2. After completing and submitting the design assignment, I did not receive any feedback or update on the status of my application from the respective HR. Despite multiple follow-ups with various members of the team, I was only informed that the assignment was still under review. 3. However, even after two weeks, there was no further response from HR or the hiring team.
