They never contacted me after the interview out of themselves. Which is rude and messy. It is fine to be rejected it happens. However, a company should do that with respect.
Three step process with Head of HR, Teamlead and Co-Workers. They were very friendly and interested in me. They tried to really analyse my character and the personal fit to the company.
