They have prescreen questions in their application form for job then got a home take exercise. Had an interview related to the same then had final round with HR . The whole process took 15 days

I had interviewed for this role but was rejected in the final round. I applied through their website and, as part of the application process, submitted a pre-screening task followed by a take-home exercise. Eventually, I had an interview with the Product Head, which was supposed to focus on my approach to the take-home exercise. However, I received hardly any questions related to the task itself. I also noticed that they were extremely particular about the kind of answers they were looking for, to the point where they wouldn’t accept even a slightly different approach, which I found a bit off-putting.
