I have gone through 5 steps for my interview through Zoom: Step 1: 1:1 interview with the team lead Step 2: Take home assignment followed with a role-play exercise Step 3: Another follow-up interview with the team lead Step 4: Meet the local team in the office Step 5: 2.5-hour panel interview with 6 members of the US team The interview is well organized, and the hiring manager always provided timely and informative feedback on each round. Although the hiring process was a relatively big time commitment, I felt its totally worth it to get a good sense of the company business and the team before making a career move.
