The interview process took a couple weeks and was a great experience. There are a few rounds: - Phone screen - laid back conversation about the experience, role, company, expectations etc - Coding challenge - typical DS/Algo challenge similar to many hackerrank/leetcode types of questions - Pair programming session - again the focus is put on DS/algo and you just need to solve a couple algos - Behavioral/culture fit - casual conversation about your past experiences, different situations and how you handled them Due to the current virus situation, Yieldmo has a hiring freeze which started in the middle of my interview process. I was informed about it right away (they are very transparent and communicative). I was still given a chance to complete the interview process and I have received a positive feedback, but could not get an offer due to the current hiring freeze.

Phone conversation with recruiter followed by Coderpad followed by onsite. The phone conversation was laid back, consisted of me describing experience. Coderpad was a medium level Leetcode. The onsite consisted of two conversations with upper level leadership and two technical portions directly related to the role responsibilities (Javascript). Had a great time throughout the interview process.
