The recruiter reached out for first round, which is a phone call interview to learn about your background and interest in the role, and to share information about the role.
I had a great interview process with friendly interviewers. I interviewed for the New York office as a software engineer. The conversations/interviews were interesting and gave me a clear understanding of the role and company.

Entretien
Recruiter screening asking about your resume/background, and interest in the company along with fit/role you are looking for. If you pass this, then you go into the first round where you have 1 hour for a debugging and coding problem (leetcode style) with an engineer on their team.
