Applied through a job portal. Scheduled an interview with HR. The second round was taken by senior management.
The interview was fairly easy with a few behavioral questions from HR and after his recommendation a few questions from the regional manager / wealth.

There is a subjective and objective selection process with group discussion.and first selection process with hr also.i will get the offer letter with in 10 working days .but salary deduction is very high.
