Interview process was fast, easy and convenient . One interview was required by the management. You will meet HR, then the hiring manager and then the direct Manager. I got the offer on the same day. I accepted it and i started work 2 weeks from signing to allow the previous employer two weeks notice to resign

Phone interview first, Then office interview with two ladies: Supervisor and Senior Manager. Really nice and smooth process. They were prepared with health and useful questions. Patient and honest with all my questions as well. Really good experience. Really nice, clean office, staff there were warm and helpful.

Combination of behavioural and situational questions with a panel. One from Human Resources and two managers from the Customer Service department. Was semi-formal. Interviewers were very personable and welcoming. Overall a great experience.
