I had about three phone call interviews. The first was with a manager for screening and then in the second interview, I had two managers on the phone. They asked a series of questions to find out how you would handle certain situations. They then would have a chat with each other and then call back back if they wanted to move forward.

Interview was done via Teams. Simple questions about the standard sales process, and my background as it specified to the job. They extended an offer letter during my initial interview.
