I applied online and got call from Yell’s Recruitment Team (Steph). So, after a quick phone call about my expectations and aspirations after coming off from maternity leave, Steph set up an interview with the Head of Client Service. My interview was competency based, but felt extremely friendly and informal; which really made the whole experience a happy one.
