I sat one on one with the manager who asked me for availabilities and previous work experience. It was a very casual conversation and not intimidating at all. It was more of a discussion of expectations and talking about the skills I already had. The whole process took barely 30 minutes and I was already hired, so I would say this was not a hard interview.
