At first I applied on company website, then immediately after the process I received an email linking me to a preliminary series of tests, that went over basic accounting principles, SQL, and some basic IQ questions. After about a week or so, I was contacted by one of the internal recruiters to schedule a phone interview. The interview was conversational. After about a week, I was contacted again to go through five rounds of zoom interview with the department managers. The interview was both conversational and technical, where they asked a lot about my past experiences and skills, along with getting to know me personally. The process of this zoom interview took most of the day. I received a conditional offer after about a week, and then the official offer came another week later.

Took about a month to hear back from initial application date.
-Assessment was sent & completed before the recruiter screening
-Recruiter screen
-Panel interview
-Notified they would like to move forward the following day & asked to fill background check paper work
-Conditional offer letter the following day
-Background check cleared
-Offer letter & onboarding

After application, I got back from a HR from US advising about how much they're paying for the role and if i still wanted to proceed. Below average pay.
That was the first red flag. they want someone with multiple skills but put an associate title with below average pay.
The HR asked if i come one site for interview. Asked her if remote is possible instead. Still went for an interview on site (second red flag). the HR herself joined remotely when i went onsite.
i could sense hesitation after i said my salary expectations which was only 80k BTW.
a week later, got a rejection email and their job listing is still up there.

Entretien
I had a brief screening call with their US based recruiters, before meeting with the hiring manager and other team members, and finally meeting with the hiring manager and a senior leader. All interviews were conducted remotely.
