Entretien
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter in about a week to set up a phone screen. After the phone screen, I had an in-person interview at their office with 2 people from teams I would be working closely with. The week after I had another in-person interview with 3 people from different teams I would also be working closely with. They asked questions based more on how I work individually and with a team and more behavior and company culture related questions than technical questions. They seem to want to find someone that fits more with the company than just capable of the job. A few days after my second in-person interview, I heard back from the recruiter that they'd be interested in moving forward with a more entry-level position than the one I applied for based on my past experience but I would still be doing similar work and working on the same team, which I accepted. They checked my references and did a background check and a few days later made me an offer. The whole thing from applying to offer took a little more than a month. Everyone was super nice and seemed good to work with, and the recruiter was very nice, helpful, and responsive.

A fairly uncoordinated interview process overall and was ghosted after 3 doing interviews. Half of the interviewer did not show up for my interview second time. One interviewer came in halfway through third time.
