2. Technical aptitude (.NET and SQL)
Dont know they have checked the technical apti papers or not.
Directly sent to pre hr round where they said with low experience we can not hire.
If you want to hire with specific experience then why you call for interview with low experience.
you should mention the experience years strictly.

It was great and well organised interview process which included 2 technicial rounds which were totally fair according to the basic levels in first interview, and went a bit more technical in the second round.

Management is not good, hr also not good. They said to came interview face to face. And after that I wait for technical round but it was not happend. Very wrong culture.
