A lengthy and rather complex process, with superficial feedback provided. Considering the amount of effort required from the candidate, I would have expected a more timely and comprehensive input in return.

There were no overly difficult questions, just repetitive and it seemed like the communication between the different people interacting with candidates at different stages wasn't the best.
