Four rounds in total:
- HR - really nice HR, supportive and responsible on every stage, answers on emails within 24 hours and even calls
- Technical and leadership - common interview with more focus on leadership due to position requirements
- Professional Styles and Swift Executive Aptitude test by 3d Saville - I was declined on that level as I had low result on leading skills, which I fully disagree as I successfully work as a QA lead for years with proven achievements, so not sure how it is relevant
- CTO (?)
