Your experience in working in complex environment and work style
Process is well coordinated but it will take a long time. Usually interviews are conducted panel style. Be sure to write a cover letter for whatever position you are applying and pay close attention to what is being asked. It’s okay if cover letters are long, especially for M&P roles

Entretien
The first round of the interview process consisted of three back-to-back interviews from three different individuals. The interviewers were kind and conversational, but I did have to take the afternoon off to put aside a time block this large.
