Entretien
It was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It was with a dedicated HR person for that department. They told me that their vacation policy is 2 weeks which is not really suitable for someone at my stage in life. I would take a cut in pay to have the vacation but they can't be flexible.

Entretien
It was very brief and informative. I learned more about the role and department in detail. The hiring manager was very pleasant and upfront about the expectations. It was overall a good experience.
