Start to finish, the process took 2 months, however, timing was uniquely doubled as the role itself evolved mid-way through the process. This was understandable as the rationale was clearly shared regarding the pivot. The interview process itself comprised of 2 conversations with the Recruiter, 2 conversations with the Hiring Manager and 6 Stakeholder Interviews. Once interviews were completed, it took 2 weeks to be notified of the decision. Overall it was a really good candidate experience. I enjoyed connecting with the team and was optimistic regarding the prospect of working with them. Despite this not being their chosen path, I would absolutely consider future opportunities given the option.
