Was referred by a current employee who was a friend of a former colleague. Lots of rounds of very very long remote interviews involving many interviewers back to back followed up the same style of interview in person by many of the same interviewers again.

the engineer clearly wanted me to come to some sort of pre-conceived key distribution system that I was supposed to come up with on a white board given extremely vague requirements.
