Although the initial interview with the recruiter went smoothly. The company asked me to do my homework, which I did. As a result, after sending, I did not receive any feedback on the technical specifications for 3 weeks, only a template refusal letter. Moreover, Jaak's response took an unexpectedly long time: the refusal letter arrived a month later. Lack of prompt communication can be frustrating for candidates. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory due to communication problems and lack of any response.
