Easy, just had a quick conversation with the head lifeguard about responsibilities, job duties and overall what would be expected of me. The lifeguard was very kind and friendly, and I felt safe working there. Was moreso a conversation, not even an interview.

You just had to have on interview, and then ensure that you have the proper certifications. They called back to let me know I got the job in a timely manner.
