The hiring process is straightforward. In my experience it was Initial interview, Technical Interview, and then another round of interview from the manager. All the interviews were done via google meet. After that the recruiter will immediately contact you if you passed.

They ask me the usual tell me about yourself question
I got interviewed, and it went well, but they ghosted me without any updates. It must be nice to know where you need to improve and what part of the process you fail at.
Was lowballed by recruiter. Had skills relevant to the target role but did not offer more in terms of compensation. Tried to counter-offer but recruiter took advantage of my desperation as it was during the pandemic
