HR made the screening call then we moved into two rounds of interviews. They focus on your ability to turnaround work quickly and you ability to morph into their dysfunctional teams. Communication and flexibility.
Quite ok, friendly and cozy environment, interviews are smooth, people are nice. Short processing time and get back quickly unfortunately not a good match so had to reject otherwise pretty good company would definitely recommend
