It was relaxed. The hiring manager was also very pleasant. He talked alot about his experience and his time in Xylem which made me comfortable and i was able to overcome my initial anxiety. Company culture seems very laidback. I interviewed with the HR and then proceeded to the next phase and interviewed with the Hiring manager himself. Position was in Ohio
