Standard process with phone or Skype interview before an in-person interview. Ended up not getting the job, but it took like week and a half after the in-person interview to learn the company's decision. Overall, their communication was good though.

They require a two hour reasoning test. Nothing to do with software, just everyone has to take it. Told I would hear back. Didn't... frustrating. I'd stay away unless you like time being wasted
