I was asked for a first video interview with the CEO at the end of which he asked me for examples of my previous work. Then was asked for a second one with co-founder, which I declined. I felt very disrespected when they proposed to me a "slight raise" of +2k€ on my annual base salary although there currently is a 7% inflation + it was a MANAGER job, whereas my current job is only an executive one. And it was very low for the market's reality anyways.
