Entretien
3 Rounds of Skype calls, all are concentrated on Coding (it took 1.5 months to complete this rounds) for 1-2hr each. Then called for F2F rounds concentrating on Design and problem solving mainly for 3 more rounds. To my opinion they are highly unprofessional, Test Manager entering into the interview room to interview in barefoot, they were trying to show/highlight(body language) that they are given MacBook for work. Office Environment is highly depressing, through out the interview process (F2F) I was getting very -ve feeling about the environment and people out there, looked unprofessional. I was asked to leave after complete all the rounds.
They are highly unprofessional towards interview and feedback process, after grilling for 1-2hr you deserve a detailed feedback but they will never come back, you need to keep on following up. If you are paid your exp*2 then do not even waste your time... they won't be able to offer you. I wasted my time..I would say don't apply for this company(Solutuonstar or Xome) if you are not desperately looking for change with anything or you are fired.
Most of the skype interview started around 6-6.30pm and continued till 7.30-8pm. So I doubt about their working style.
I don't want to work with unprofessional peoples... move on.

Question 1
1. Find unique string (without repeating characters) from a given string.
2. Write a class to generate unique employee ID with A-Z,a-z,0-9.
3. You are given millisecond, convert into HH:MM:SS format from 12mid night.
4. Problem on Graph datastructure, to findout if possible loop with weight and distance.
5. Design questions, Puzzles.
6. Test Management questions.

Entretien
It was a telephonic interview. I was asked two questions. I answered the common approach I would do using loop concepts but the interviewer was looking for alternative methods. Later when I discussed with programmers in c#, understood that there were direct methods in c# like intersection which he might have expected. But I have no idea about c#.
