Pretty straight forward, was initially hired through a recruiter outside the company. Answered his questions and he forwarded my resume to an executive at Xerox. Had a phone interview with her and then an in person interview with local Xerox Management. Since this was the first time a project like this was undertaken at the company local management was out of tune with Senior Management and basically asked questions to gauge my competency and reliability.
