After an online question and video answering process I was asked to come in for a face to face interview, they communicated well during the process and they came to a decision quickly.

Tell us about a time in which your priorities changed? Why might a customer appreciate a phone call instead of an email? Tell us about an error you have made?
The interview process at Xero was efficient and straightforward. The difficulty level was average, with most questions focusing on my prior customer service experience. I applied the STAR method in nearly all my answers, which helped me provide clear and structured responses. The interviewers created a welcoming atmosphere by putting me at ease before we began. The recruitment process was very quick, and I received an offer just a few hours after the interview.
