I had a great chat with the recruiter who understood the job description inside out and answered all my questions. The next stage was a video call with the team where I presented one case study from my portfolio. It was a pleasure to chat with them and I learned about the great culture and design processes. I was sad to hear they decided to hire another candidate because I would really enjoy working as a team with the people I met during the interview. The recruiter called me with very honest and transparent feedback which I am very grateful about. I had a nice overall experience and would highly recommend Xero.
