Entretien
Initial contact with hiring manager followed by several group interviews. The process was a little drawn out by done well. Interviewers impressed with depth and range of questioning, they obviously take great care to protect their culture. Met quite a few people over the process and felt they were genuine and caring.

Entretien
The ad was inspiring and communication afterwards well thought out. However, after phone screening application ended in limbo for 2 months and HR did not respond to follow up enquiry. After 2 months, I received a generic rejection email with no clarification/apologies for the delay. While this is not uncommon for a lot of companies, I really expected Xero to do better and was quite negatively surprised. I suspect the salary expectations did not align, but there is just no way of knowing.
