1st with a work trial. waste of time honestly.
2nd Presentation to my peers based on questions from trial work. Interesting folks asked interesting questions, Overall was alright. Its sad all those people are gone now, who were bright and had real skills.

Entretien
1. Screening call
2. Basic tech interview on Hackerrank. It's easy and some are open book. This is also just a screening tech interview
3. Tech interview with an engineer. Casual questions to ask whether you know what you're doing.
4. Culture interview with a manager. Xendit engineering is weird so you have to be the right kind of weird. Just be honest.
5. Two day take home interview. AI use is okay, but you have to get lots of work done in 2 days and they want to see how you communicate it. The buddy isn't just moral support, you need to communicate with her as part of the interview.
Xendit interview had multiple rounds. discussions with several stakeholders : engineers and business people.
For software engineers, a trial task is assigned and once completed, it will be presented to a panel.
